I am a first generation college student at VCU studying Political Science and International Relations. Upon graduating, I hope to work in international development. My goals include working with an NGO that assists refugees and displaced persons in the Middle East and Asia. This scholarship means so much to me because I am the fourth student in my family attending college and I appreciate how RSF supports students from all cultures and backgrounds in Reston.
